1.Raw Material Purchase & Inspection

We have qualified and mature supply chain,all incoming materials must strictly inspection. Non-conforming materials are returned to vendors immediately.

2.Material Storage & Withdrawal
Approved materials are securely stored with labels and recorded for traceability before production begins.

3.Parts Production
Includes injection molding, die casting, and CNC machining production strictly according with customer standards and inspection standards.

4.In-Process Quality Check (IPQC)

Every component is inspected during production. Faulty items are either reworked or discarded.

5.Assembly & Packaging

Assembled under work instruction manual,each product must meet customer standards and inspection standards.

6.Final Product Inspection (FQC)

Each finished product will be 100% tested, if failing FQC are rework or rejected.

7.Warehouse Entry

Only qualified products are stored in our certified inventory area, also marked for tracking.

8.OQC (Outgoing Quality Control)

Final inspection before shipping ensures every shipment is 100% compliant with customer order without any mistake.
